This document is an official public offer to conclude an agreement for the provision of services (hereinafter — the “Services”). Placing an order or making a payment indicates your agreement to the terms of this Offer.

1. The Offer has legal force in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Use of the Services constitutes acceptance of this Offer.

2. The Service Provider undertakes to provide access to materials, services, or consultations, and the Client undertakes to pay for them under the conditions specified in the description.

3. The cost of the Services is defined in the commercial proposal or on the Website. Payment is made online or through other available methods. Access to materials/Services is granted after payment confirmation.

4. The Service Provider is not responsible for technical failures on the user’s side (internet connection, equipment, software).

5. If the Services were not provided due to the Service Provider’s fault, a refund may be issued. If the Services were provided, the payment is non-refundable, except in cases provided for by law.

6. The terms of the Offer may be changed. The new terms take effect from the moment they are published.

7. Disputes are resolved through negotiation, and if no agreement is reached — through legal proceedings in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
